Life Skills Program
Our Life Skills Program supports independence through practical skills and personal goal achievement.
Overview
Held every Monday overnight through to Tuesday afternoon, our Life Skills Program is designed to support young people in building independence and confidence. The program combines practical, hands-on experiences both in the home and out in the community, helping participants practice everyday skills that are essential for daily life.
Participants have the opportunity to set and work toward their own personal goals, while engaging in structured activities that encourage problem-solving, communication, and self-reliance. With the guidance of caring staff, each young person can develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive both at home and in the wider community.

About Beths Respite
"Our son attended BETHS almost since they opened. From the outset BETHS were responsive to his needs and condition, and we felt really comfortable leaving him in their care."

"Beds are comfy and they know what they are doing 5 stars also they showed me a good café called three sugars café in Warbington so if I could 7.5 stars."

"Beths Respite has been a wonderful support for our family and my son Braxton, who has Fragile X syndrome. For six years, it’s been his home away from home, cared for by the most kind and friendly team.”
